What sizes do you offer for your prints?

I offer a range of sizes for my photo prints, with the most popular sizes being in inches:

  • Small (14x20 inches)
  • Medium (20x30 inches)
  • Large (30x40 inches)

Are your prints framed?

No, all of my prints are sold as rolled prints and are not framed at this moment.

For Costa Ricans, I can give you recommendations on where to get your prints framed. I have partnered with a few stores that may offer a discount. Restrictions may apply, so please reach out to me for more information.

How long does it take to process my order?

All of my prints are done in a professional studio to ensure the highest quality.

In general, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes around 1-3 business days to receive the prints from our studio, although the exact timeframe may depend on the quantity of items ordered. Once we have received the prints, we will promptly package and ship your order. From there, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination country.

Please note that unexpected delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen weather events. If you have any concerns or questions about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer shipping for international customers?

To ensure the safe arrival of your photo print, we will ship it to you in a tube. International shipping usually takes around 10-15 days from the day we receive the photos printed.

However, please note that unexpected things can happen on the way, such as customs inspections, weather delays, or transportation issues, which can cause delays beyond our control.

Please track your shipment and contact us if you have any concerns or questions about the delivery. We will do our best to assist you and provide you with updated information on your package's status.

Please note that international shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

What countries can you currently ship to?

I can currently ship to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Europe, Guatemala, Panama, United States, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

If you are located in a country that is not listed here, please reach out to me and I'll do my best to find a way to get your order to you.

What is your return policy?

Please note that returns for refunds of our products are not eligible. As each order is only made once your order is processed, we do not keep stock, and hence these orders are made to your specifications (like print size) and cannot be returned for a refund.

If you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
